Made to order

Every item is personalized and made by hand after you order. Most orders are ready in 2 to 4 business days. From late November through December, production can take longer, so we recommend ordering Christmas gifts early.

Free local pickup in Milton

Choose Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order for free in Milton, Ontario. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2 to 4 days, and we'll email you when yours is ready with the pickup details.

Shipping within Canada

We ship everywhere in Canada.

Standard shipping: $12
Express shipping: $20
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. Delivery time after shipping depends on the option you choose and where you live.

International orders

We currently ship within Canada only.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
