## Overview

This website is operated by AllThingz by Lisa, a small business in Milton, Ontario, Canada. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

## Orders and personalization

All items are made to order using the names, colours and details you give us in your cart note. You're responsible for checking spelling and details before you order. We make your item exactly as written in your order.

We can refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if the personalization includes offensive content, trademarked logos or characters, or material we're not allowed to reproduce. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full.

## Product appearance

Each item is handmade, so small differences in colour, placement and finish are normal. Colours may look different on your screen than in person. Some product pictures on this site are sample images that show the style of the item, not your exact piece.

## Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

## Production, shipping and pickup

Because each order is made by hand, production times vary, especially during the Christmas season. Free local pickup is available in Milton, Ontario, and we'll contact you when your order is ready. Shipped orders are sent within Canada. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

## Returns and replacements

Personalized items are final sale. If there's a mistake on our end, we'll send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.

## Your content

By sending us names, photos, text or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them to make your order. We won't use your personal details for anything else without your permission.

## Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect losses or damages.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

## Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies.
